Women With Latitude was born from a simple, radical premise: the extraction-based, dominator society isn't broken — it's working exactly as it was designed. So we stopped trying to fix it, and started building something entirely different.
We are women and women-identifying writers, travelers, teachers, veterans, founders, mothers, daughters, artists, activists, people with disabilities, caregivers and those who depend on them, straight and LGBTQ+, progressives and conservatives alike who are tired of broken and corrupt government, and dreamers from all walks of life who refuse to choose between being powerful and being kind. We know those things were never opposites.
Latitude means freedom — freedom to go, to think, to lead, to love, to create on your own terms. That's what we're here for.

HEALING AS ACTIVISM
We Can't Build a Better World on Unhealed Wounds.
Many of the most passionate women's advocates are also survivors. The fire that drives activism often comes from personal pain — and that pain, left untended, can burn out even the most committed among us.
Trauma cycles don't just harm individuals. They ripple through families, movements, and generations. We will never build the society we're reaching for as long as those cycles keep repeating.
Our free group EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) tapping sessions are offered as a self-improvement and emotional wellness tool — research-supported, accessible, and designed to help women manage stress, build resilience, and reclaim a sense of inner calm and agency. No experience, no insurance, no cost required.
GROUP SESSIONS — TWO TRACKS
Open Sessions · No referral needed
EFT for self-improvement and emotional wellness — stress relief, confidence, resilience, focus, and reclaiming your inner calm. Open to any woman, free of charge.
Private Group Sessions · Referral required
For women working through mental health goals, private group EFT sessions are available with a referral from a licensed provider. We make this easy: we provide the necessary forms for both you and your provider, and if you don't yet have a licensed provider, we can help you find one — including remote evaluation options with a licensed therapist who knows our work.

Forms made simple. We provide the provider letter and reply form — so the referral process is clear, professional, and takes minutes, not weeks. No woman should fall through the cracks because the paperwork felt overwhelming.
